  • Step count and activity data — via android.permission.ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION for step tracking.

  • Foreground service data — via android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE and android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_HEALTH to keep step tracking active in the background.

  • Notification access — via android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS to send reminders and progress updates.

  • Alarm and wake data — via android.permission.SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, android.permission.USE_EXACT_ALARM, and android.permission.WAKE_LOCK to schedule accurate water and activity reminders.
